Text & online email creation
We will prepare both plain text and online versions of the HTML email for those recipients who cannot view HTML.
HTML email template design
Two sample email templates will be designed from which one final version will be created. Ideally the final version would be used for several email communications throughout the year.
Forward to a friend or associate
We will set up a forward to a friend component and will track both the forwarding individuals and the recipients.
Email testing
We will test all email communications across multiple platforms (i.e.: AOL, Eudora, Outlook, Yahoo, Hotmail, Lotus Notes, MAC vs. PC) prior to deployment. You will receive email tests prior to the email being delivered.
Email deployment
Deployment includes email delivery, personalization (in body or subject line), and customization of ‘from’ and ‘reply’ fields.
Bounce management
All email bounce backs will be resent a minimum of 3 times over 3 days. A list of bounce backs will be supplied to you upon request.
